New Online Configurators for Individual Glass Solutions

Glas Trösch is expanding its digital service offering and introducing new online configurators for glass solutions. With browser-based tools for SWISSRAILING (glass railing systems), SWISSDIVIDE (glass partition systems) and SWISSDOUCHE (shower glass enclosures), the company supports planners and processing companies in efficient and precise project planning.

The online configurators enable step-by-step and clear planning of individual glass solutions. Parameters such as dimensions, glass structure or system variants are defined in an input interface, while the digital model adapts in real time. In addition to standard geometries such as L- or U-shapes, free floor plans can also be created. Individual planning documents can also be uploaded as files and incorporated directly into the configuration.

Multiple features for practical planning

Functional and design details can also be defined directly in the configurator. These include, among others, the selection of laminated safety glass colours or profiles and fittings, as well as optional features such as bird protection or edge protection in the SWISSRAILING system. It is also possible to request delivery with installation. Additional functions such as screenshot creation or PDF export facilitate internal coordination and further processing of the design within project workflows.

Digital services with future potential

After completing the configuration, the created data can be sent directly to Glas Trösch customer service for quotation preparation. This supports a continuous digital process from planning to inquiry. The new configurators are part of a growing online service portfolio that will continue to be expanded in order to further simplify the planning of glass projects.
