With this acquisition, the WaremaGroup is expanding its brand portfolio in the field of sun and weather protection and strengthening its international presence. Tarasola addresses market segments and price points that complement the existing Waremaportfolio, and its established footprint in Poland and other European markets supports the Group’s internationalization strategy.
Tarasola will continue to operate as an independent brand and company within the Group. There are no plans for operational integration or a consolidation of market presences.
Until the antitrust review process is completed, the business operations of Waremaand Tarasola will remain separate both organizationally and operationally. The WaremaGroup will provide further updates once antitrust approval has been granted.
